Legendary experimental dubstep and bass pioneer Kevin Martin, aka The Bug and behind a slew of rib-rattling productions such as 'Skeng' and 'Jah War', will be bringing his infamous Pressure party to London in November for an evening of speaker shredding dub sonics.

The now Berlin-based producer started the concept in Germany as a 'sonic statement of intent', taking the name of his Hyperdub released project which explored the darker edges of the dub sound. The motto was to push the limits of what Soundsystem culture can represent, through a clear musical direction; Dub – Dancehall – Grime – Dirt.

He'll play two sets on the evening, warming things up with a strictly instrumental offering before being joined by regular collaborators Flowdan, Killa P and Lady Chann on vocal duties. Goth-Trad will hold down musical duties between those sets.

The action takes place in Village Underground on Saturday 18th November, with The Bug presents Pressure tickets available via the box below.
