Parents can enjoy free comedy while kids play at Manchester LEGO event this month

Sara Pascoe will headline a free LEGO DUPLO comedy event in Manchester next month, while little ones enjoy supervised creative play sessions.

Parents of Manchester, have you ever wanted an afternoon out filled with laughs that doesn't involve finding a babysitter? Well, LEGO may have you covered. 

Landing at the Royal Exchange Theatre on Sunday 14th June, Little Wins, Big Laughs is a one-off event from LEGO DUPLO and parenting community app Peanut, celebrating the unforgettable (and often slightly chaotic) "firsts" of early parenthood through comedy, community and creative play.

Whilst your little ones are busy building towers, racing cars, and causing adorable chaos courtesy of LEGO DUPLO, you'll be kicking back with a comedy lineup led by one of the UK's funniest parenting voices, Sara Pascoe!

That's right, award-winning comedian, author, and mum-of-two Sara Pascoe, who'll be taking to the stage with a set inspired by the realities of family life. Joining her are social media comedy favourites Hannah East and Matt Coyne (better known to many as Man vs Baby), with comedian and doctor Michael Akadiri hosting proceedings.

And whilst the grown-ups are getting a well-earned laugh, the little ones won't be missing out either.

The event includes dedicated LEGO DUPLO and LEGO Preschool playrooms designed around developmental milestones for children aged one to five, with guided activities led by accredited childcare professionals. Expect everything from building adventures and wildlife worlds to creative challenges designed to support confidence, coordination and imagination.

It's a setup that gives parents a genuine couple of hours to switch off, whilst the kids get stuck into an afternoon of supervised play built entirely around their age group. Tickets are free but limited, with registrations opening on 1st June via the Peanut app!
