Father John Misty is set to make a visit to Merseyside with his UK tour that takes place later this year, visiting The Olympia in Liverpool on Saturday 27th October.

The mercurial singer songwriter, who prior to his hugely successful solo career was the drummer in folk rockers Fleet Foxes, is best loved for his grandiose productions which lean heavily upon exquisite piano ballads with starkly real lyrics.

Josh Tilman's third release, Pure Comedy, under his Father John Misty pseudonym came in January 2017 and captured the singer songwriter at his finest, so much so that the Sunday Times regarded it the number one album of the year, among heaps of other favourable reviews from across the board.

The next release to come from Tilman is due in June and entitled God's Favourite Customer, with a handful of singles promising great things from FJM album four - 'Mr Tilman' (above) being a perfect example of that
