Freak Queer Rave reveals lineup for their open air day party this May

Freak Queer Rave makes a return to Manchester’s Progress Centre on 11th May for an open air day party. Tickets go on sale at 1pm on Tuesday 19th March.

Freak Queer Rave is taking over the Progress Centre once again! The forward-thinking ravers are having an all day party at the Manchester open air club on Saturday 11th May 2024, featuring an eye-watering selection of artists spanning across rave, house, techno and more. Tickets go on sale at 1pm on Tuesday 19th March. 

The names on the ticket include some of the finest techno and house disc spinners along with belting queer, trans and non-binary talent, such as Aiden Francis, Atalaya, Faff, I. Jordan, Gideön, Taahlia, Fastlove, Luscious, Octo Octa, High Hoops and Thempress. Along with the talent taking on the decks there will be 2000 queer dancers and specially curated workshops spread across Progress Centre’s two spaces. 

Since its inception in 2019, Freak have been dedicated to providing safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting various charities, donating £1,312.50 to akt and Micro Rainbow in August last year. Their raves are welcoming and inclusive environments for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
