Spanning across the UK, Europe and North America, the tour will commence this August.

London-born singer/ songwriter Arlo Parks has just announced her worldwide tour, 'Desire', which will see her heading across the UK, Europe and North America. The annoucements comes before the release of her third studio album,  ‘Ambiguous Desire’, which is due to be released on Friday 3rd April. 

Arlo posted on Instagram with the caption, "So excited to announce the Desire Tour!! We’re taking it worldwide, baby!! Pre-sale starts Tuesday 10th March at 10 am local time, so make sure you’re locked in and signed up at the link in my bio to get all the details 🩷 . Let’s laugh, cry and move our bodies." 

Kicking off in North America on Saturday 29th August, Parks will eventually make her way to the UK where she'll play shows in Dublin, Glasgow, Bristol and Manchester, as well as a performance at the O2 Academy Brixton in London. 

However, before the tour begins, Arlo will also be hosting a round of intimate gigs across the UK next month (April) where she'll be showcasing her latest album, 'Ambiguous Desire'. 

Parks spoke about the making of the LP, saying: "I danced more than ever as I made this record, I made more friends than ever too, found myself in the weird underbelly of New York juke nights, unleashed, laughed and laughed and laughed. This record has desire at its centre. Desire is a life force, it’s a wanting, a yearning, a momentum – we are all alive because there is something or someone we want – desire is an engine. But it is also mysterious, tangled, random, enlightening and HUMAN."
