Journey Thorough The Decades: 24 on Wednesday 24th October 2018
Quincy's own Fox and Hound Tavern has a new cabaret series. Held once a month, this cabaret dinner series is the best of both worlds: a delicious buffet dinner and a 70 minute cabaret show. All for the one low price of $45. You can't even go to the movies with snacks for these prices. These dinner shows are produced by and features Gordon Michaels; a local Boston artist and music producer. Mr Michaels is best known to the Boston area for being the creator and host of the original House of Blues gospel brunch in Harvard Square, Cambirdge. He has produced four successful sold-out dinner shows since April 2018. If you have not seen him, don't miss your chance to hear this powerful baritone. His music styling are unique and range from gospel to Broadway with a splash of country thrown in for color. His previous shows were 'Unforgettable', a tribute to Nat King Cole, 'Music of the Great Soul Brothers' , 'Black on Broadway' and 'THINK' - a tribute to the Queen of Soul, the late great Aretha Franklin. His newest show will be Sept 27th where he will be doing his one-man cabaret show 'Journey through the decades.' Which will highlight music from the 30's to the 90's. These whimsical and entertaining shows are not be missed. But seating is very limited for these intimate shows. His shows have been selling out quickly.
