Review of D-Block Europe at Marbella Arena

D block himself was only on for 30 mins !

My son was not allowed entry even though he showed his ID. It was not advertised that you have to have the physical passport. Who would carry there passport to a concert??. This could be lost and unable to return home. We wasted our money and many others were also outside in the same situation refused entry. It should have been stated on all advertisements that you need the physical ID. All that was stated in as must be 18yrs which we proved with several IDs I showed them and still refused entry. Will not be purchasing again to waste my money. People who travelled will not be aware as we were told of Spanish rules. Which is nonsense as he got into many places showing his ID on phone while we were there. There were at least 40 others in the hour I was stood there who also bought VIP and tick*ts also refused. Which shows they were not well informed that you need a physical ID passport. This should have been stated on all adverts and b yourself on emails sent.

Paid for VIP which was exactly the same as a normal tick*t, it was unclear that you weren't able to sit down with this tick*t. Event was advertised to start at 9pm and only young Adz showed up at gone 12pm and played for 30 minutes. Waste of money.

Got turned away as I am 14. Event was previously advertised as 14+ accompanied by an adult. Really disappointing.

Didnât let us in due to the fact we didnât have physical id yet you could clearly see we where over 18 and we had pictures,we didnât know we needed physical because it didnât say anywhere and they havenât given us a refund
