Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
We went to festival due to start at 6pm and then it starts at about 7:50pm. Knowing that rain is immanent- they start playing for fifteen minutes or so and then decide to break again for twenty minutes. . By this time there us a deluge of rain.
There are no hot drinks for sale more toilets and security guards than at the mall!! Shambles - We spent a lot of money travelling down. We could have celebrated the jubilee at home!!

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Great venue , the band started at 8pm then at 830pm went on a 20 min break !! I went to see Paul McCartney some years ago and he did 3 hours without a sip of water so not sure why they need a break so soon especially as it wasn't them in the rain!!!

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
The weather was terrible, venue wasn’t equipt for it. Singers weren’t amazing. And they took breaks after singing 2 songs each while us the audience were waiting in the poring rain?!?!! They should’ve just gone through without breaks. Food and drink were also expensive.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Unfortunately the sound was not a good level and it was sometimes hard to hear over people talking. There were some popular pieces but the concert started with a lesser well known theme which was a shame. They played for roughly 30-20 minutes and then went off for a 20 minute break. As it was raining we left at that point

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
The organisers were not responsible for the bad weather, but, that apart, the event was poor. Under-rehea**ed acts, random music choices, no jubilee theming, bad sound quality, too many breaks, no food available, no picnics, all contributed to an event that was not worth the entrance fee. We left at 9.00 on Friday, and did not attend on Saturday, though we could hear that the Saturday concert lasted only a bare hour.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Although we loved the concert I do think the band didn't have to take as many breaks as they did. The toilets and bars were excellent but food stalls were greatly missed. The weather was quite cold and raining so tea and coffee stalls should have been a must. The venue is great and long may shows continue to be staged at Steyyne Gardens.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Entertainment was not as advertised. There were two singers for the whole event, not a range of local artists/bands, backed us by four string and 3 brass instruments (not an orchestra!!). There was no laser show. The bars have a very limited range of drinks and only half pint plastic glasses (so you could not enjoy a pint of beer). There were no food vendors on-site. The weather was poor and there was not a vendor selling waterproofs etc.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Really didn’t feel like it celebrated the years of chart successes. The band performed for 25 mins before taking a break and directing us towards the bars-they performed for 35 mins between 8-9. Felt like musical theatre gone wrong.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
The weather , unfortunately, was against the whole evening, with continual rain showers. This definitely dampened the spirit of the evening. BUT it absolutely did not help when the musicians and singers went off for a 20 minute break after every 5 or 6 songs !!!
So, we’re sat in the audience, getting wetter and wetter while they take a break. !!!!! Why didn’t they just play the whole set ? Why do they need a break ? The singers were alternating ?
We left early as we felt it was a joke them taking a break whilst it was pouring !!!! Where’s the common sense in that???
Also, no plastic pint glasses, only halves- so most people were having to carry numerous plastic glasses , which for 4 people often equated to 6-8 glasses !!??!!!
It was such a shame as we were so looking forward to it !
I hope the Saturday evening show was better.

Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
Complete waste of money ,no food ,no pint glasses, no lights in toilets ,very very disappoining music only played for 20-25 minutes then 1/2 hour interval then again another 20-25 minutes and another interval we gave up after that and left . The vocalists were very disappointing too.
Review of Worthing Jubilee Concert: : 3rd & 4th June
We attended the concert on 4th June 2022 at Worthing Steyne Gardens and was sadly very disappointed. Firstly they took a break after only 20 minutes and when they came back skipped a lot of what was advertised and only played a few film scores, the whole musical part lasted less than 1 hour, I would find it hard to believe that they finished early due to weather as they were the ones with a roof and some protection over their heads. There were no vans or facilities to buy hot drinks. There was no food being sold apart from 5 flavours of crisps. When something starts as 8pm and with the amount of tunes that were advertised I would not have expected it to finish until 10.30 – 11pm, to finish before 9.30 and that included a 20 to 25 minute break is absolutely diabolical.
I have asked them for a refund but have hear nothing back, has anyone here compained directly to Soudscape and got anywhere with a refund for a concert that seriously was not worth it.
