About

We begin by grounding and rooting, and slowly introduce our own beautiful rhythm of dance, by beginning slowly we build up to an ecstatic crescendo, this movement is medicine for the body. We then bring ourselves into stillness and allow the mind, body, and soul to be bathed in sound. This stillness is medicine for the mind. Opportunity at the end to talk and share if you would like to.
