Step into a world of pure imagination as Weymouth's multi-award-winning youth musical theatre group, WOW, brings Roald Dahl’s beloved Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to life on the Weymouth Pavilion stage this Easter!

Join young Charlie Bucket and four other golden ticket winners as they embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure inside Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory. Guided by the eccentric chocolatier himself and his team of mischievous Oompa-Loompas, the lucky winners soon discover that there’s more to this factory-and its owner-than meets the eye.

Featuring a dazzling mix of original songs and classic favourites from the 1971 film, including “The Candy Man,” “I’ve Got a Golden Ticket,” and “Pure Imagination,” this spectacular production promises fun for the whole family.

Directed by award-winning director and choreographer Martine Burt (Footloose, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Matilda JR, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory continues WOW’s tradition of delivering high-quality musical theatre.
