Red Light Effect, Woman You Stole, Hollow Lane on Saturday 8th June 2019
Manchester band Red Light Effect will be headlining Live Bar this June, with Woman You Stole in support.
RED LIGHT EFFECT formed in 2014 in Manchester. Their debut release ‘Phosphorus’, recorded with Sugar House Records garnered attention from John Kennedy, RadioX who tipped them as ‘Ones to Watch’ and gave the band their first national airplay. The release was followed by sell out shows in and around Manchester and the support of local legend Clint Boon featuring them on his own radio shows and podcasts. The band have since been creating a solid following and worked with The Charlatans and New Order producer Jim Spencer in 2017/18. The sessions gave us ‘Empress’, with it’s “epic” intro and “massive” sound attracted the interest from the United States. Amazon US featured the band on the cover of their November 2018 ‘Introducing Alternative’ playlist and Boston’s Indie FM station gave them single of the month.
WOMAN YOU STOLE are a three piece British alt lo-fi band formed in Manchester. Inspired by the likes of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Dearhoof, and The Go Gos, their live shows are an encapsulating experience. Their debut single 'Excuse My French' came out at the end of summer 2018 and their follow-up single 'Frustration' was released earlier this year.
HOLLOW LANE are a five piece band from Cheshire playing original songs in an alternative rock style. They are Ben, Felix, Harvey, Isaac and Max.
Tickets are £6 with limited £4 tickets available and are on sale now.
Music Genres: Blues, Indie, Rock
