Please arrive before the start time. There will be no admittance after the event has started.

My sound healing evenings are a very passive experience; you simply lie down on a mat, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the sounds to wash over you. I will use all my magical instruments to create a soundscape that will take you on a relaxing and meditative journey, leaving you calm, focused and in the right place for a wonderful night's sleep.

Please make sure you bring your own mat and blankets and anything you need to be comfortable as these are not provided.

This event is not recommended for participants who are pregnant or are fitted with pacemakers.
