Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek on Thursday March 5th for a laughter packed night.
Topping the bill is Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year and finalist in British Comedian of the Year, the cheeky Jack Gleadow, hailing from Hull and claiming to have illegitimate Chuckle Brothers heritage, he is one of the most unique performers on the UK comedy circuit today.
Opening the night will a favourite entertainer of the troops, Phil Walker. Starting out at the likes of Butlins he went on to win Manchester's ‘City Life Comedian of the Year', (previous winners being Peter Kay and Steve Coogan). His cheeky smile and warm persona are backed-up by the unique ability to state the obvious, in both an entertaining and subtle way. His energy and pace ensure that audiences love him wherever he goes.
Also appearing is the warm and friendly Dawn Bailey with her honest and amusing no-holds-barred anecdotes.
Completing the line-up will be Chris Richmond with his mix of cheeky, playful and sometimes dark material.
Compere for the night is the cheeky, chatty Dave Twentyman, who puts a big smile on everyone's face. Talking a lot about the subjects closer to home such as family life and friends.
Tickets are £15 in advance.
