Bramhall Beer Festival 2019
Review of Bramhall Beer Festival 2019
Could of been advertised more

First year and was a well thought out venue. I can see the event growing year on year
Here startsed quiet but now good
Hardly any people, poor advertising and timing with other big gigs on in the area. Leaflet advertised more than was there. One small gin bar with about 15 gins. They ran out of bottled tonic, weren't prepped with garnishes. They were lucky so few people turned up or else god knows how they'd cope. Thank god for the Reform that tried to lift things with the 20 people dancing. In short a rip off.

Pizza stand excellent
Beer over priced for a beer festival
Should be cheaper half pints
Not enough choice on beer
Music ok but did not enjoy cover bands
Fab venue really good atmosphere helped by the lovely sunshine 😎☀️👌
This was advertised as a beer and gin festival. One stand selling gin, the que was a mile long and very slow, apathetic service.
Fantastic day. Great beer. Deffo do it again. Well done.
Music was lac lustre. Alcohol was to expensive. Lager the most popular drink and not readily available.
the event was very good and the weather stayed nice. loved the deck chairs. keep up the good work. ð
Drinks were expensive and dissapointing. Beer was too warm and flat. Food was reasonable though and good selection.
not very impressed as there wasnt any larger on for a while and I was under the impression there were groups on all 3 days and I only went sun and that was the day I was told there wasnt any groups on just two singers .also I noticed that one of the food tents was closed and not many activities on either!!
Great evening, beautiful sunshine, great selection of gin and a relaxed atmosphere.
Hopefully a few more people next year, maybe the word will get out.
Lovely event. Great music, lots of alcohol and food choices. Massive selection of activities for children.
great day well set out
We went on the Sunday and unfortunately there was hardly anyone there - so the atmosphere was pretty non-existent. We were there from about 2-6pm. Three singers tried their best in front of a handful of people - fair play to them, they were all good.
So to be fair it wasn't really the event's fault, and hopefully if it's run again there will be more people there.
But unless it's better promoted and/or attended it's not going to work - which is a shame.
Excellent event, definitely recommend.
Has the potential to be a great festival, it was a great venue, great food, great gin and ales and great music, as well as rides for the kids. It was just lacking the people...very quiet on the Sunday as though it had not been promoted / marketed well enough.
Hopefully will attract more people next year.
Oh and the lady on the kids 'hook a duck' stall was very rude ! But everyone else was friendly.
