Awesome night, music was great. Wasn’t too impressed with the service at the bar, took far too long to get served and bar staff didn’t seem to be too aware of who was waiting. Other than that the venue was great.

The music was a let down at this event, as the most popular music of the 70's was not played at all; e.g. no Rolling Stones/Roxy Music/Genesis/Blondie/Spandau Ballet/Led Zeplin/Fleetwood Mac/Rainbow/Bruce Springstein/The Real Thing etc. and only one Abba track was played. The DJ was rubbish and didn't play any requests. The DJ in the Norfolk Arms is 100 times better.

The DJ was pretty awful .. it was advertised as a 70s night . He played very few of the sounds we know and love from the 70s ..

the dj seemed to be playing the music he liked rather than music to fill the floor. a lot of 60s music and also recent tunes. i went for 70s music.

Always guaranteed a fantastic night with a great atmosphere. Tom always does a great set with plenty of chat thrown in.
Highly recommend the the Tom Hingley stout if he brings some along. 👍🏻
