Review of Junction 13 Festival - Staffordshire
Absolutely spot on. Can't wait until the next one. Great set up, great line up, great people.
This was a brilliant small festival, the tunes were good and the sound system spot on. I even went on my own but it didn't feel like it as we were all one family there for a good time.

Venue was really good on issues were make shift bar running out of drinks, toilets only having two and them being filthy from the off.
Not enough security to stop people sneaking in from off-site which in turned caused the event to be shut down by police.
More planning for the next event needed.

Myself and my friend travelled 50 miles to this event as on the facebook page it sounded like it was going to be a well organised event with good djs and most of all supporting a good charity ,we couldn't have been more wrong ,we turned up at about 7pm ,with our online tickets we had printed off and brought from skiddle thinking that they would get us into the event ,but that wasn't going to be the case ,along with 250 + ppl in the queue who also had tickets we were told after queuing for 2 and a half hours that the event was closed and not going to let any other ppl in even with tickets as the capacity was full by this time me and my friend were at the front of the queue ,as there was that many angry ppl behind us all shouting that they had been scammed ,the sercurity put a barriar infront of me and my friend I then said to them everyone is pushing forward I can't move and want to get out but there was nowhere to go ,everyone wanted answers as to what was happening but nobody would tell us they was that thin on the ground with staff ,me and my friend was pushed with force from the 250 behind us onto the barrier ,that we fell forward and we thought we was going to be squashed ,my ankle is now swollen and can't walk ,we managed to somehow get bk to the car ,as we were leaving lots of police turned up ,awful experience and wouldn't wish this on anyone ,i don't blame any of the ppl that were queuing for my ankle as it was a very badly organised event with under qualifed sercurity ,I asked to speak to the organiser and apparently she was abroad (probably spending the money she had scammed from everyone )so disappointing ,I will be applying for a full refund at the very least .

Well considering you said it was supposed to be open till four but only was licensed till 12 I would class that as false publicity.
Also bar ran out at half ten of alcohol there was 3 portaloos for over 1000 people you could tell this was organised by a bunch of university students

Pretty badly organised to be honest.
Don't understand why you'd let more people in than the place is licensed to hold though, just asking for the police to turn up really.
Don't advertise an event to finish at 4am (said on Facebook) and shut it down at 12.
Waste of money!!!!!!!
But was obviously popping until people got rowdy and caused it to 'shut down' about 5 bloody times.
Great that we got to camp though as well.
