Archie Kelly

As an actor, Archie is best known for his comic portrayal of Kenny 'Dalglish' Senior in the award winning Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights. He has also appeared in a number of popular TV shows including another award winning series, Jimmy McGovern's The Street However, it is a live performer that Archie excels.

Following his early career as a lead singer at the Ritz in Manchester and the Grafton Rooms in Liverpool, he formed the duo Jack to Jack and then went on to perform as a singer/comedian on the Northern club scene for 15 years. This gave him a wealth of experience on stage as an all-round live entertainer.

Archie emerged onto the alternative comedy scene as Jackie 'Mr Goodtime' Valencio with his hilarious parodies and superb vocal impressions.'Funniest thing I've seen in ages.' Peter Kay. Archie quickly went on to become a headline act in most of the well known clubs such as The Comedy Store in Manchester. He also did a successful national stand-up tour, Jumping on the Bandwagon, along with other members of the Phoenix Night's cast.

His comedy style is cheeky, inoffensive and highly interactive, which audiences love. His voice is enchanting and his singing repertoire is vast, covering artists such as Micheal Buble, George Benson, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie among others.
