This is a charity fundraising event for our temple and the perfect way to unwind and bring in the autumn season. On the day we will be running free taster sessions in Tai chi, yoga, qi gong and mediation. You can book in for treatments with our massage therapists; and visit our holistic stalls selling their wares. There is also something for the children too they can experience some face painting or try out some of arts and crafts. The fayre will finish with an amazing sound-healing concert given by renowned musician Frank Perry playing his Himalayan singing bowls.
