The festival takes place at Cholmondeley Castle, Cheshire, Malpas, SY14 8AH.

Outlook UK Festival is strictly 18+. 

The outlets for alcohol sales on-site are all managed by experienced staff that are aware of the necessity to sell alcohol responsibly.

A “Challenge 25” system will be in place and bar staff will ask for photo ID for anyone looking under 25 to back up the wristband system.

Outlook is proud to offer a range of street food stalls celebrating great flavours of the world. With plenty of vegan and gluten-free options there is something for everyone.

All bars operate the Challenge 25 Policy.

You can, of course, bring your own food and drink to the festival campsite (not into the arena). The personal alcohol limit is 12 cans of beer/lager/cider OR 2 plastic bottles of wine per person (no spirits are allowed). Food and soft drinks are unlimited (but must be sealed).

Unfortunately, we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

By Train

The nearest train station to Outlook UK is Crewe.

There will be shuttle buses running to and from site on Thursday, Friday and Monday to ensure your journey is as stress-free as possible. 

By Car

All customers driving to site are requested to purchase a car parking pass per car in advance of traveling. 

If you are at all capable of traveling by train or via one of the coaches we are running please consider doing this rather than driving.

Driving to Cholmondeley Castle from London is approx 3hrs 30m. Manchester 1hr, Leeds 1hr 40m, Bristol 2hrs 40m.

The car park will be open 24 hours from 11:00 on Thursday 30th til close at 12:00 on Monday 4th.
