Really disappointed as the sound quality was so poor and we (7 of us) left after 45 minutes as we could not hear it. The queue for the food was very long and they ran out of food.
Great venue and I’ve been before for comedy nights , but they really didn’t get it right this time and that’s a shame.

I really enjoyed the movie, but the catering wasn't very good. Unfortunately the caterers weren't prepared for the amount of people that arrived. There weren't enough food places for the event. The sweet foods doughnuts and cakes stalls were the only stalls that seemed clean, and prepared to serve. I don't understand why you don't cater your own events, you are a farm that produces your own produce. It would have been better to have a barbecue with sausages, burgers meat etc. People had to order pizza, because the food was so bad, and I was not prepared to wait 45 minutes for a burger. I really think the event could have been better. I would go again, but I would not eat there. I also think if there was a break half way through the movie it would have been better. That way you could get up buy drinks, and more food. Because of the huge queues for the food stalls and bars, it meant we missed a lot of the bands performance, which was a shame, what we saw was really good. It you still decide to cater the event, you should only hire caterers with a 5+ hygiene rating. I would not be surprised if people ended up with food poisoning.

The sound quality of the film was so poor you couldn’t understand it. Also, there were enormous queues for food which moved very slowly and they also ran out of food. The vibe was nice though, just a shame about these details! Also, the Five Dollar Shake was a bit of a rip off!

The bones of the event were great. Prices didn’t represent much value though- especially given £15 entry. Only a certain number of deck chairs for people lucky enough to attend early. Food stall (veggie) was poorly organised and manned.
Great atmosphere though and nicely decorated and put together as a venue. Enjoyed it on balance.

Food Stalls not organised, food not cooked properly, or ready incompetent staff on both food stalls., wait time ridiculous.
£15 just to see film to expensive, been to wedding at this venue before so new what to expect., could be better by having heaters, and tables bean bags, staff could go round with drinks.

It took over one hour to queue for food (so we missed the entire band session), to then be told they’d run out of burgers. There were still at least 50 people behind us and we ordered the last hotdogs so the stall was closing.

Rubbish when tickets were purchased in advance so they knew a rough idea of number of people attending. Also, Sheffield has become a foodie heaven.. not great to say there was a vegan tent and then a burger/hotdog tent. Very poorly organised and not worth the entry fee.

Enjoyable experience for the most part, just felt that some of the drinks (particularly the five dollar shake) were overpriced for what they were. Burgers could have been better, especially when lots of people were taking them back as they were undercooked. Maybe use whirlow caterers next time? But overall cinema experience was good

we had a very enjoyable evening. The burger stand was not very good value for money though as for £5 the burgers were very small so you mainly had breadcake and salad. we were having this as our tea and it wasnt enough. there was no fries to buy except from the truffle chips from vegan bar which looked like people were preferring.

Very poorly planned, for the number of attendees only 2 food vendors (selling food other than sweet snacks) were there, one of which solely sold vegan food, the other only hot dogs and burgers. After an hour of queuing, and missing the beginning of the movie waiting, they ran out of food leaving many disappointed, we ended up ordering pizza to be delivered, so missed more of the movie having to go and meet the delivery person, they than ran out of many of the beer selections. But missing the movie wasnt a big deal, as the sound was of such poor quality you could barely make out what was being said. I've been to many outdoor, pop up cinemas which have all been brilliant , high quality screening (not just a large sheet) , lots of food options, so this was such a disappointment and waste of money. They clearly should stick to doing small events, as this was way too much for them to take on.

We were really looking forward to this event, we had gone to the effort of wearing fancy dress, having hair done etc, and we had a good time because we were in the company of friends but overall the evening was a disappointment. This was mainly due to the catering situation, we queued up for hamburgers for almost an hour but when we got the the front of the queue we were told they had run out of food (half way through queuing we were informed they had run out of hotdogs). The catering company obviously didn't have experience of an event like this and the production of food was so so slow. The vegan caterers queue looked almost as slow too. Waiting in the food queue for so long meant we weren't able to enjoy the band or have a dance as we'd imagined doing which is a shame. It also meant we didn't have time to enjoy drinks or try the 5 dollar shake as I'd hoped! By the time we had got to the front of the queue and turned away the film was due to start. So we ordered a Domino's pizza delivery and managed to sit down after the film had just started. Another disappointment was the bar, they had run out of Moonshine around 8.30pm the only other option was a dark ale. At our next attempt to buy drinks, they had run out of ale completely. It seemed as though the organisers hadn't realised how many tickets had been sold. We have supported WHF events in the past and they have been organised well, and although the ticket price was rather high we didn't mind paying it as we like to support the charity. However, this time was different and unfortunately it'll make us think twice about booking tickets to WHF events in the future..
