Hands Off Gretel are the best up and coming band around and every performance is of the highest quality as was this one, a band that should be playing a lot bigger venues than the Rocking Chair, remember the name Lauren Tate! with Boyfriend Sean, Joe and Sam you have four very talented people coming together to give you a performance you will be telling everyone about
the stage was small so the mic stand had to be off the stage and with no barrier Lauren got hit in the mouth by someone knocking it forward as there were a few people thinking it good to push people forward when they have nowhere to go apart from onto the stage (please if you want to mosh, which is good, do it a bi further back so people at he front don't get hurt, or the performer!) which is not good when it is so small! H.O.G. will not have such worries about things like this soon as sure they will be playing bigger venues with proper set ups at the front to protect the artist
saying all this the staff were very nice, sound was good and a nice vibe about the place, bit more lighting around the stairs would be nice (ouch) though!
bonus of the night for me (I was there to see H.O.G. who of course were brilliant) was seeing the Mollyanna band, excellent

A fantastic night in a lovely intimate venue.
And all for the same price as a subway.
