Fright Night is Britains biggest Halloween Carnival, attracting over 40,000 people into the City Centre each year and has become a Sheffield institution!
Always staged on the Sunday before Halloween this year Sunday 27th October 2013, we close the roads in Sheffield City Centre around Fargate, Tudor Square, Barkers Pool, Peace Gardens, Surrey Street, Leopold Street, Orchard Square, Millennium Square & Winter Gardens for this mass promenade event.
2012 attractions included a fancy dress catwalk, urban dance, shopping trolley zombie grannies, a monster in the fountain, a spooky ghost ship, Star Wars Stormtroopers, Uncle Fester on his moving piano, a voodoo New Orleans jazz band, funfair rides/stalls, samba band, a zombie garden, food stalls, childrens activities & craft stalls.

The event is made possible with the support and help of Sheffield City Council, Smiffys smiffyshalloween.com, Travel South Yorkshire, Real Radio, Sheffield Youth Service, The University of Sheffield, Sheffield Newspapers, First Buses and many other partners.
