One Evening with Maxwell Thorpe on Saturday 19th October 2019

Baritone Maxwell Thorpe has been making a name for himself over the past three years.

Max enjoys busking, and a few years ago Lewis saw him and the two struck up a friendship.

Maxwell next appeared at Sheffield City Hall to support Well known band Boy On A Dolphin.

Max brought the house down that night and has been going strong since then.

Maxwell has just returned to Sheffield after a long stay in Norway. This concert will be his first back in the UK.

Accompanied by musical director Canadian pianist and composer Lewis Nitikman, this evening promises to be an intimate musical experience unlike any seen in Sheffield.

Guest Artist Lindsay Dracass will be lending her considerable talents to the evening when she joins Maxwell for some incredible duets. Lindsay will also be singing some on her own. With a new album out and a tv spot as a panelist on All together Now, Lindsay is one of Sheffield's busiest singers.

Performing songs from the likes of Andrea Bocelli, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Leonard Cohen, and others, in a stripped down acoustic set.

Don't miss this
