I booked properly online and didn’t omit any one in my family but as I have an under 2 I was charged. Upon entry I was told that he wasn’t allowed to go on anything because I hadn’t paid. I told the lady that I couldn’t pay for him , he is under 2. But she just repeated I hadn’t paid for him. As a result I’d say staff need a little extra training in how tickets are bought.

My daughter enjoyed it but definitely only really suitable for toddlers rather than older children. We also thought everything was included but had to pay for hook a duck and to have her face painted with glitter. Would be helpful if this was included in the future or clearly stated. Would also be good if there were more stalls and things to do.

It was a good day but I was abit disappointed with the size of the venue and the actual things to do for the kids
It also stated there would be a frozen guest/singing but I didn't see that so daughter was disappointed

This was another of money for what you got,and still had to pay for rides when you got in there,times on rides wasn't timed rite,my grandauter is seven and she thought the rides were to small for her and no age was mentioned in the advert

Ridiculous prices for not much to do and see in there. In the website it says all included when we get there find out got to pay extra for face glitter, duck game, penalti as well.

Wouldn't recommend as it was so off priced and hardly anything they at all wrist bands said rides included but they were 2 to and you could only stay on soft play for 5 mins also said arts n crafts included they wasn't anything like that or singing princess either such a let down

We went at the 11am-2pm time slot. It was absolutely appalling! Food prices and sweets prices were ridiculous! I cannot believe we had to pay £10 per child and £5 per adult when there was nothing included for adults and there was only 4 rides 2 of which were baby rides and a tiny trampoline house and what the kids called a "rubbish" craft area. There was so much more grassland in the area designated for this "festabubble" to have many more fun things for the kids to actually do. All in all just a rip off of a Day. Spoke to many many others who said the exact same. The kids weren't very impressed by this event either. We will not be spending our money at this awful event ever again unless it lives up to the banners and has more for the kids!

This was a huge disappointment to what was advertised, expected more. Poor value for money.

Not enough to do to fill the time-slot.
Advertised as an “array” of things to do which wasn’t the case at all.
Only 4 rides and even my 3 year old was bored after a while of going on them.
Apart from the magic show, there was nothing really to entertain our 10 year old so we ended up paying £18 for 3 of us to stand and watch our toddler.

Apart from Sparky Marky this was a total waste of money. Not much there and extra things to pay for once inside. Will not be going again

I would recommend this event to people with kids up to 8, mine are 9. It was ok for them though a bit too young. Disney princess walking around, face painting, Disney style singing and rides for little kids. It's great for the younger ones. I was a bit disappointed to see some things had to be paid for once inside as it was quite expensive to enter.

total waste of money, pay to get in and then pay for every single ride/game. so small, nothing for kids over age 5-6. our kids were very disappointed

Price was quite high for what you got from it. There wasn't many rides or things to do for the price paid.

Very overpriced, I had to pay over £10 for my 11 year old as a child who was unable to go on any rides due to them being for toddlers. The entertainment was extremely poor for the price we paid, seemed very unorganised. A load of bits chucked on the craft tables but no one organising it to make a point of it. Save your money people, plenty of other local activities more value. A shame after such a hard few months financially that I have spent nearly £40 on being let down

Very quiet. It was exceptionally small with very little to do for the price. The acts were good but deserved a fuller audience. We paid £22 for 2 adults and a child which was significantly over priced for what was actually available.

Rides were baby ones my 8 year old didnâ??t fit on them but had to pay full price and there was only 4 rides omg stalls ????? None
If it wasnâ??t for the magician and singer we would have gone after 5 mins defo need to improve
