Badly organised, we just walked in no one checked our tickets and the bar was rammed and their was nowhere for us to sit despite buying seated tickets.

Sadly the event was a shambles & totally unorganised with a 'no show' from a couple of the singers that had been advertised to appear. We were very disappointed & would not consider attending a similar event at the city pavilion in future, the venue itself is beautifully decorated but the poor quality of the show itself did nothing to enhance enjoyment. The money paid for tickets was a total waste.

The sound was awful, the venue was terribly organised and the star turn did not turn up! A really awful night. There must have been 600-800 people there at a guess and only three bar staff in one area and four in another and all running around like headless chickens.

This event was a complete disaster from start to finish. There was a complete lack of organisation. The music started late. Tables and chairs were being put out all over the place - people grabbing chairs - worse than getting a sunbed around a swimming pool abroad. Massive queues for watered down drinks. No Alexander o’Neal. The girl from s club 7 was out of her nut. Ticket said event finishes at 1am but everything finished at 12 I could go on and on. Skiddle I would like a full refund. We were in a group of 9. We were told by security that the organiser had a panic attack and was being taken to hospital. I’m not surprised. It was a complete shambles

non of the advertised stars appeared,it was s complete rip off...do not trust skiddle, they will say it wasn't their responsibility bur even the city pavillion staff said they have never known an event to be so chaotic and beyond their control
