Review of Club Class Luxury Campsite Pass at We Are FSTVL 2019
The whole weekend was awesome. We had a great time. The only thing I'd say about the club class was that it closed the same time as the music stopped at 11pm. If we wanted to have a shower or brush our teeth after the day, we couldn't. As soon as we got back to camp it was shut. I think even if it was open for an extra hour after the music stopped that would have made a difference and been more worth the money.

Music finished too early and the toilets shut too early ..... couldn’t stay next to our friends with our tent got asked to move..... so our whole weekend was not good.....
We missed our favourite act because of the set times were wrong.... portable toilets had no tissues at all .... needs to be a better method for the re-fill able water taps .....

Poor example of a luxury loo... Nothing to dry your hands with, soap didn't work and the pamper lounge was a joke - nothing you'd expect, just hair straightners. No Wipes, deodorant, seats!! V fest and love box much better. Keep up we r festival!

Review of Club Class Luxury Campsite Pass at We Are FSTVL 2018
I have been a customer at a few events and have always been really impressed with your facilities. However, I used Club Class this Bank Holiday weekend at We Are FSTVL and was extremely disappointed.
On Saturday 26th May, I went to use the toilets, showers and pamper area which my friend and I paid £38 each for across the three days.
We arrived at 10:30 to be told ‘there was no water’. We couldn’t quite believe what we were told, it’s very shocking that a business which runs on water could run out on the second day less than 24 hours since opening. We had been informed that the showers were not open due to this, so we went to use the toilets and were faced with further disappointment as there wasn’t even any cold water to wash our hands with at the sinks.
Some other customers asked to speak to the manager, but we were informed he wasn’t around. Quite frankly it was appalling that the manager was no where to be seen in such circumstances.
We were told to return in an hour 1 ‘when the tank would be refilled’. So, an hour later we returned along with about ten other angry customers to be told the water would still not be ready until at least 12 noon. This led to further anger and disappointment as you can imagine, so myself and other customers asked for compensation.
Music starts at 12 noon at most festivals and considering everyone pays substancial money to attend and are there for the music, they of course do not want to miss it.
The male manager finally showed up but was not offering anything decent to subsidise for the issues. He offered ‘access to the toilets inside the arena’ as we had selected to only use the ones in the campsite. Obviously, this was rejected by all and most people wanted a parcial refund. The manager was not agreeing to this, so said to email instead when someone said they would complain. His customer service was very, very poor.
I resided to washing my hair in the campsite with cold, bottled water - not what I had in mind after paying almost £40 for the facilities. As we were walking to the arena we spotted the manager, once more offering nothing in the way of customer service for the other customers who were still asking when the water would be on, way after 12 noon. Instead he was sunbathing topless, as you can see in the photo attached. This is absolutely disgraceful.
After such good experiences I was deeply disheartened at what happened this weekend. We only showered once over the weekend, most definitely not worth our money.
The girls working were lovely so I will praise them, but you should be shocked with the way one of your managers behaved.
