'An Evening with Tim Staffell' will be filmed and made available to watch on public domain platforms such as, but not exclusively, YouTube. It will also include an audience question and answer section with Tim. Please note, you may be captured in this recording and by booking and attending the event you will be consenting to your image being included on the resulting media. If you do not wish to be wish for this to happen, regrettably you will not be able to attend the event. Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred or used for promotional, commercial or fundraising purposes without prior written permission from the Festival.

If a ticket is resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than us or one of our authorised sub-agents, then that ticket will be void. If you attempt to enter the event with a ticket that has been resold without the Festival's written consent, you may be refused entry to, or asked to leave with no compensation.
