Manchester legends Northside return, warming up for the Happy Mondays tour in March, with an exclusive show at The Ferret in Preston! Madchester energy turned all the way up.

Northside - Manchester's own alternative rock pioneers, rising from Blackley & Moston to become a defining voice of the Madchester scene. Bursting onto the scene in 1989, they delivered their influential debut Chicken Rhythms on Factory Records in 1991, with genre-bending singles like Shall We Take a Trip and My Rising Star capturing the raw energy of early '90s indie culture. Despite shifting tides and a long hiatus, Northside's legacy endures, and the band continues to bring that iconic blend of driving guitars, danceable rhythms, and unmistakable Mancunian attitude to stages across the UK and beyond.
