Damo is an entity on his own and the master of instant composition which he has developed since his days in Can. He has not played in in that band for 46 years and refers to Can as "that Band". He needs to be appreciated for his Never Ending tour and his achievement as a musician and for the energy he puts into each performance with his sound carriers and the love he shares with the audience making each gig a unique experience. Whilst we can appreciate his achievements accomplished with "that band" this is a backdrop, a past career and his music is concerned with the now, celebrating community and creating the future in his own inimitable free form style.
