Lancashire Business View will lead the debate on health and wellbeing for businesses across the county at the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Summit taking place on 19 June 2019 at Brockholes conference centre.
We’ll bring together figures from key business sectors to discuss the issues they face and how they have innovated to deal with challenges in the workplace with a special panel.
The conversation will also bring together Lancashire’s health and wellbeing experts so they can hear and understand the needs of business and share how they are working in partnership with support opportunities to ensure health and wellbeing success in the second panel of the summit.
If you’re a Lancashire employer who values the needs of their staff or work in the sector and can support businesses with their agenda in this area, this is a must-attend event.
There will be a real buzz at the event as we look to the future of health and wellbeing in Lancashire and how the county is leading the way.
The event will help to raise awareness of the importance of this in the workplace covering both physical and mental health issues.
Lancashire Business View will report from the event and use the insight to produce its Health and Wellbeing Report for the July/August edition of the magazine.
Debate one – view from the businesses
Companies representing Lancashire’s key sectors will be featured to discuss health and wellbeing and how it is affecting their businesses. What support do they have to address the problem and what is it that they need? What impact is health and wellbeing having on their workplace, now and in the future? Are the providers able to support their needs? How have they innovated to ensure success in this area.
Debate two – view from the experts
Experts in the health and wellbeing sectors will share their expertise and what support is available for businesses to tap in to. They will offer guidance, advice and strategic insight on keeping Lancashire’s workforce health, happy and productive.
We’ll conclude the morning with a final panel to assess the key points and what the calls to action are to ensure health and wellbeing success.
