About the Island🏴‍☠️

This fortress island sits 500 metres away in Plymouth Sound.

Historical records of the island are from 1135 AD, the island gained importance when it was used as a strategic defensive point in defending Plymouth against enemy ships.

Over its time the island has been used for many purposes including a state prison, barracks, chapel, artillery tower, observatory, smuggling spot.

The island has many military fortifications including the cannons which will surround you at our main stage.

There will be food vendors on the island for this event, however, you are able to bring your own food to the event within reason (Light Snacks etc - No BBQs or open fires)

Bars and refreshment stalls will also be on the island you will not be able to bring any drinks with you.

🚢How to Get to the Island🏝

Return transport to the island is included in the ticket price.

Boats will depart from Barbican Wharf from Plymouth Boat Trips. Ferries will depart at 5pm and stop 5:30pm. Boats will be returning to the mainland from 9pm.

DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN WAY TO THE ISLAND, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THE EVENT
