Foraging and feast on Sunday 14th October 2018
During the walk, your expert forager will introduce you to a number of edible species, giving you tips on harvesting, correct identification, and recipe ideas. You'll also get to sample a range of delicious wild food treats, which could include alcohol infusions, salts, pickles, syrups, cordials, and preserves, along the way.
On returning to our meeting point, we will have a quick break while sorting through and cleaning up our ingredients. Then we start on the cookery side of our course, where we will all play a part in preparing our wild ingredients to create a delicious meal for us all to enjoy.
