Review of Penguin Cafe
Fantastic music by the world's most underappreciated group, all set in a most attractive venue .

A great night out .
Great sound, well arranged set. Mixture of new pieces and old favourites delivered with passion and energy.
Excellent concert and venue.
Excellent music, excellent venue but difficult to get to if travelling by public transport and nearby services are limited.
It's been a few years since I last witnessed Penguin Cafe live and fortunately they were on top form as usual with excellent renditions of old and new tunes.
Waiting with excited anticipation for the new album and upcoming tour.
What a great venue! Lovely evening and excellent music
Brilliant to see the Penguins live after all these years! And what a fabulous venue...
Venue was great but the seats were really uncomfortable
Great gig - great venue :-)
Very enjoyable Concert which lived up to my expectations. I had waited years To see them
Great band with a fascinating history, performance full of joy. Very special venue, well worth travelling to.
Utterly compelling performance. If you get the chance go along you will be thoroughly entertained.
Brilliant music in a superb venue.
Great music and good venue Overall a good experience
Good mix of new material and old classics. Brilliant venue
Inchyra Arts Club, in a converted farm barn in Perthshire , was an ideal location for the unique music that Penguin Cafe offered fans on a warm May night. An informal friendly atmosphere with seats for over 200 enthusiasts who greeted the eclectic mix of familiar and new tunes with rapturous applause. Those of us who live far from the usual club venues in the big cities really appreciate the efforts of Inchyra Arts Club in attracting musicians of the calibre of Penguin Cafe and a big thanks to Arthur Jeffes for bringing his colleagues all the way up to rural Perthshire.
REALLY GOOD GIG AND VENUE - GOOD VALUE

First time visit to Inchyra and very impressed with the set-up. We'll certainly be back. The Penguins are always entertaining but not sure if they've developed much in the few years since we saw them last. Overall, well worth the trip from Aberdeen.
I have always wanted to see Penguin Cafe and the informality of the Inchyra Art Club made it a very special event. Loss of one star on the venue? I found the seats uncomfortable after a while.
Could do with some food options, even a veggie option. Other than that canít fault the venue and Penguin Cafe superb as usual
Great show in a fantastic venue!
Superb music delivered with humour and charm. Excellent venue.
Wonderful show at an intimate and beautiful venue.
depleted band probably due to small venue - not up to their usual standard

Great gig in great venue, friendly staff
Great gig in a fantastic venue. I'll be back!
A talented crew of musicians giving a memorable performance. Music was mesmeric and great to hear son's rendition of father's "music for a found harmonium".
World renown band in an intimate atmospheric venue.
So glad we heard about Penguin Cafe coming to Inchyra.
A really good evening .
So pleased that penguin cafe came to play locally!
Fantastic to see this wonderful band again.
