About

Scottish singer songwriter JJ ‘Jinky’ Gilmour first tasted success as the joint front man with Scottish band The Silencers. The band toured extensively enjoying great success across Europe.

After leaving the band, JJ secured himself a solo deal with the help of golfing star Ian Woosnam and is now firmly established as a solo artist with 5 studio albums under his belt, JJ has also enjoyed success with his hit musical Dancing Shoes, based on the life of footballer George Best.

Music aside, JJ is an outspoken advocate for mental health.
