Managers Distillery Tour, Beach Tasting and Signature Cocktail Flight

Join us for a behind-the-scenes journey through our distillery and
warehouse, where tradition meets craftsmanship. Learn how our
premium rums are made in a guided tour that will take you through
the steps of production. You can look forward to detailed
explanations on:

• Molasses – what it is, how we get it to Islay and how it impacts
  rums flavour.
• Fermentation – what yeast we use, times and temperatures. How
  the small details make the big differences!
• Distillation – deep dive into still design and learn about the
  history of our pot and twin retort still.
• Maturation – come and visit our new warehouse and explore how
  casks impact the flavour of our spirit.

After the tour we’ll take a short walk to our local beach ( 5 minutes
away) to sit and take in Islay’s beautiful sights and sounds while you
indulge in a guided tasting of our selection of rums, either by them
selves or as part of our signature serve cocktails. Explore the rich
flavours and unique characteristics of each product and maybe even
take a little inspiration home and try some cocktail making of your
own! After the event you will get to take your Islay Rum glass home
with you as a little memento!

immersive experience is perfect for groups, couples, and solo
adventurers.

THE DETAILS!
This event is limited to 15 people – due to the nature of the
experience no under 18’s will be permitted to take part. If you look
under 25 we will be required to ask for photographic ID – please take
it as a compliment! This event is subject to change due to bad
weather, in the event of bad weather the tasting part of the event will
be held in the distillery.

Ticket cost: £25 Per person
Included in admission: Flight of 4 rums served neat or as a
signature serve cocktail; 1x branded tasting glass.
