For the first time ever, Witney Music Festival is bringing live comedy to The Leys! We've teamed up with Lone Wolf Comedy to host an incredible night of stand-up in our dance stage double-big-top tent, featuring four fantastic acts guaranteed to have you in stitches. This is something completely new for WMF and we couldn't be more excited about it.
Hal Cruttenden - English stand-up comedian, actor, presenter, and writer. One of a select number of comics to have done Live at the Apollo three times and the Royal Variety twice. TV credits include Have I Got News For You, The Apprentice You're Fired, Bake Off Extra Slice, and Would I Lie To You. He's completed six nationwide tours and was nominated for the Perrier Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Festival in 2002. He's also performed internationally at Montreal's Just For Laughs and has a BBC Radio 4 sitcom.
Jack Skipper - Hailing from South London, Jack went from being a carpet fitter with no qualifications to becoming an internet sensation and full-time comedian. His entire Edinburgh Fringe run sold out in 2024 with his critically acclaimed show 'Skint', earning a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. He's been tour support for Michael McIntyre and Russell Kane, and has over 16 million likes on TikTok. As seen on ITV2's The Stand Up Sketch Show.
Lindsey Santoro - From Birmingham, Lindsey has emerged as one of the most original female voices to come out of the West Midlands. Finalist of the 2021 British Comedian of the Year, semi-finalist at the BBC New Comedy Awards, and Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year semi-finalist. She's supported Joe Lycett on tour including at Wembley Arena. TV credits include Channel 4's The Joy of Missing Out and BBC Radio 4's Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican.
Andrew Bird - A headline act who has performed all over the world, and one of only seven comedians to perform for Banksy at Dismaland. After his TV appearance on The Russell Howard Hour, he supported Russell Howard on his massive national tour including six straight shows at The London Palladium. At the UK Comedy Awards he was voted "Comic's Comic - Best Act". He's also supported Rhod Gilbert, Rob Brydon, and Michael McIntyre at venues including Wembley and the O2. Writing credits include 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Jon Richardson's Ultimate Worrier.
