About

PLANK:
Originally from Manchester, now relocated to Todmorden. Formed in 2009 by Dave Rowe, Ed Troup and Johnny Winbolt Lewis, after their debut album was released in 2012 Johnny was replaced on drums by Liam Stewart and two further records were released, Hivemind in 2014 and Future of the Sea in 2023. Plank take influence from bands such as Neu!, Can and King Crimson, with heavier elements infused into their blend of psychedelic krautrock.
Benthead:
Lean into the alt rock psych sound of Benthead with your good ear... Like a 5-legged packhorse dancing on gritstone, flying high above the northern sky and wading doggedly through the thick, bubbling swamps of the Vale of Calder.
