Carmens Paris on Thursday 16th March 2023
Massing more than 150 performers on stage, comprising students, staff and members of the local community, the choir and orchestra will perform Hector Berlioz’s epic opera, The Trojans: Trojan March and Royal Hunt and Storm, Charles Gounod’s haunting ballet music for his opera Faust and excerpts from Georges Bizet’s glorious Carmen.
The choir and orchestra will be joined in their performance of Carmen by prize-winning soloists Simone Ibbett Brown(Mezzo-Soprano), Richard Dowling (Tenor) and Armand Rabot (Bass-Baritone).
