We will take a stroll out on the reserve to have a look at some of the wonderful medicinal plants that the Wetlands has to offer. Learn why the ancient Romans used to sting themselves with nettles, and why the Anglo Saxon’s used garlic and sheep’s wool to cure ear ache.
