Everyday matters on Thursday 25th October 2018
Join us every month for meaningful conversations and reflective moments on how to deal with every day matters. We know that little things, such as a smile, brings joy to our hearts while someone ignoring us brings pain! How can we remain calm when people and situations push our buttons? In these sessions, we will see that meditation is the key to accessing the inner power needed to master emotions and respond in appropriate ways
Rupdaye Chaitram is facilitating. Working as a professional in social care, she is versed in problem solving and as a practitioner and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation, has mastered this art in unique ways
