Spiritual talks and meditation tasters on Saturday 17th November 2018
Rupdaye Chaitram and Linda Walker have teamed up to present these sessions in Chepstow as a service to the local community. Linda lives in Chepstow working as a Reflexologist. Rupdaye is a professional in social care. They have over 40 years combined experience in practicing and teaching Raja Yoga Meditation

All sessions will include 3-minute meditation tasters which will help us to manage our thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way that will bring harmony in our daily lives
