Amazing event

2 hour bar queues, huge toilet queues

I thoroughly enjoyed the music but the venue was the pits. Waiting over an hour for a drink and then again over an hour for the toilet. When got to toilets they were dirty. Out of toilet roll even at the start of the night. A lot of lads didn’t even bother attempting to use the toilet and were just urinating around the perimeter. There were very few bins and people were just dropping cans and plastic glasses all over. Digital should be well and truly ashamed of themselves. Charging £40 a ticket and being so unorganised. The DJs must feel mortified for their fans.

There was far too little toilets for the size of event that it was and also there was too little bars. The majority of my time was spent waiting in queues either for the toilet or for the bar

Good atmosphere ! Carl cox always superb . Venue was a disgrace 2 hour q’s For the bar not enough toilets layout of the venue was poor meaning q’s forming all over the venue. Wouldn’t even begin to imagine the amount of revenue that was lost with people not being able to buy drinks .

Great bookings cant fault the music but venue extremely busy, queues for bars and toilets poorly organised. People having to urinate against perimeter fencing by the stage as it was so bad. Huge bottleneck for outdoor bar by the entrance and nowhere near enough portaloos. Felt overcrowded for the size of venue. Been to events here before and wasn’t like that previously.

Organisation was poor. Not enough bars open, staff, and not enough toilets. 2 hour waits for drinks and people just pissing anywhere they could!

Waited 2 hours to get a drink at the bar outside, was impossible to get served. Queued at the bar inside to then be told the card machine had gone down. Music was amazing of course, venue was very badly organised and the event was massively oversold. With the lineup it would have been better as a night time event inside digital.

I think this event was the worst organised event I have ever been too.

There are multiple issues that need to be addressed and I would like someone from either shindig or Skiddle to contact me about how to compensate myself for the event.

We queued for 2 hours and 45 minutes to get 1 drink at a bar that was seriously undermanned. The event tickets were clearly over sold as well as at points we were unable to see the stage or move.

To top it off the even ended 30 minutes earlier then planned.

I would like to speak to someone about compensation as this is clearly not good enough on multiple levels and frankly whom ever organised the event should not organise an even ever again.

Absolutely brilliant day , Carl cox’s set was amazing, But The que at the bar was serious I must of qued for 30 minutes to get a drink and the que for the toilets were longer

Ok so first off amazing gig/festival loved Carl Cox and Adam Beyer, music was fantastic as was the crowd.

Now the real problem started with the event itself, the entry was too slow. Leaving lots of people waiting in the rain for aupto 45 minutes.

The venue was too small.

There was no where near enough portacabins for the amount of guests. I counted 20 portacabins to cater for 3500 people. queue for the toilets was over an hour, in the end being a bloke you can imagine i only used the toilets once at the end.

The bar was a joke needed x3 as many bars, even then that wasnt quite enough.
