Frequently asked questions (FAQs) - Newcastle Racecourse 2025 show. 

1. Children aged 2 and under are granted free entry. Individuals above 2 are required to purchase a ticket.

2.⁠ ⁠Is there a fee for carers attending the event?

Yes, all attendees, including carers, are required to purchase an entry ticket. We strive to maintain affordable pricing to accommodate all participants.

3.⁠ ⁠Is parking available at the event venue?

Yes, there is parking which is chargeable. Please get to the event with plenty of time as our events are very popular and could get busy. 

4.⁠ ⁠How much do the kids fairground rides and attractions cost?

Prices range from £2.50-£5

5.⁠ ⁠What are the entrance ticket prices?

Super Early bird entrance tickets are priced at £12 plus a small booking fee. There will be different-priced tickets as the ticket allocation changes. 

6.⁠ ⁠Will vendors and rides accept both cash and card payments?

Yes, depending on the signal for the wireless payment machine (cash will be preferred if possible).

7.⁠ ⁠Where can I find more information about this event?

Our events are currently promoted exclusively via Facebook and Skiddle.

8.⁠ ⁠Can tickets be purchased on the day of the event?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance. Once sold out, no additional tickets will be available.  

9.⁠ ⁠Will I receive confirmation after purchasing tickets?

Yes, an email confirmation containing all booking details will be sent by our ticketing partner. 

10.⁠ ⁠What does the ticket price include?

The ticket provides entrance to the venue and parking. Once inside you get to watch live balloon shows & performances plus additional acts. All rides and food vendors are at an additional cost.

11. What’s the difference between the tiered ticket pricing?

Early Bird tickets are the lowest-priced option for those who book early. Once a set number of tickets have been sold, prices move up to the next tier. The only difference between the tiers is the price—what’s included in your ticket stays the same. As more tickets sell, the price continues to increase through each tier. So, the sooner you book, the more you save!

12.⁠ ⁠Is the event pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are very welcome at the events.

13. What characters are going to be at the event? Laser Men, Bunnies, Transformers, Stitch, Iron Man and Megatron Transformer. 

14.⁠ ⁠Is there a licensed bar available on-site?

Yes, we have a licensed bar on-site for attendees.

15.⁠ ⁠Are attendees permitted to bring their own food and drinks?

Only essential items are allowed to be brought into the event to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. No alcohol is permitted.

16.⁠ ⁠Will there be first aid and security on-site?

Yes, we employ a local security firm and first aid team to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees at all events.

17.⁠ ⁠Will food vendors be available at the event?

A diverse selection of food units will be available, offering something for everyone. Details on offerings and prices will be provided soon.

18. I have an issue with my ticket and need support, who do I contact?

19.⁠ ⁠Tickets and entry - You can only enter the event with tickets for the day on your ticket. You cannot gain entry with tickets for a different day. 

20.⁠ ⁠This event is on hard standing and grass so wear appropriate footwear. Please be mindful of weather conditions with regard to ground conditions. 

21.⁠ ⁠Please give yourself plenty of time to get parked up and gain entrance into the event.

22. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Please ensure you purchase the correct day when booking your tickets online 

23. Hot air balloon displays and night glows are weather-dependent and will only take place if conditions are safe. If the weather is unsuitable, balloon activities may be cancelled or altered, however other entertainment and attractions will still go ahead as planned to be enjoyed.

Hot air balloons can only fly in calm conditions: winds under 10 mph, no rain, clear visibility, and no thunderstorms. Safety is our priority, so ballooning activities may be cancelled if conditions aren’t suitable. Please note, no refunds will be given if the balloons do not operate.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, changes to the event schedule, or failure to attend.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or a non-transferable credit note, valid for use at a future RA Monster Events show. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and waive any right to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider.
