Bread Making for Beginners on Saturday 3rd November 2018
Proper bread should be made from just flour, water, yeast and salt - and nothing else! Our bread-making courses follow this ethos using locally-milled stone ground flours to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread.
On this course, you’ll learn the basics of real bread from our master baker, make up to four different loaves - savoury and sweet - to take home and hopefully never go back to shop-bought bread again! All dough is hand kneaded. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
