Artisan Bread Making on Saturday 1st December 2018
Our most popular workshop will help develop your bread making skills. We follow the ethos of ‘Proper Bread’ using locally-milled stone-ground flours and sourdough starters to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread.
Following-on from our beginners course, our master baker will help you make up to four delicious artisan loaves. All dough is kneaded by hand. A basic knowledge will help but is not essential. These courses are relaxed, informative and fun.
