Just house is bringing you a night of soulful, deep, tribal house music with Souldynamic, The Journey Men Pat Bedeau and Point Blank's Gavin Peters all kicking off our opening event alongside resident Andy Black on Friday July the 8th at Unit Nine - Milton Keynes. Doors open at 9pm with last entry at 1am.
Inspired by the deep passion for true underground music Luca and Stefano met in a records shop in the early 2000s to dj and produce. After a few years working behind the scenes studying music and listening to their inspirational artists like Joe Claussell, Osunlade, Ron Trent, Glenn Undreground just to name a few, in 2007 they founded their own project Souldynamic, the fusion of the true love for soul music and the dynamic sound of the the underground beats of our days.
Since then they have travelled all over Europe and part of the world, leaving their small home town in the heart of Italy to collaborate with some of the most influential heads in the house music scene, sharing the dj booth with Kerri Chandler, Francois K, David Morales, Karizma,
Carl Cox, Louie Vega , Rich Medina, Luis Radio, Atjazz and many others.
Luca & Stefano have held residency at Southport Weekender’s open air festival SuncéBeat in Croatia since 2010 which then cemented their place at Southport Weekender itself playing at the lastest events. Due to the high demand for their music they embarked on a magical United Kingdom journey playing regularly in one of the most influential cities on the underground music scene, London!

The Journey Men (Ben Coppin & Miggs Harris) are a DJ / Production duo from the UK who are fast gaining a solid reputation for their bumpy, deep and soulful house music releases and DJ sets.
Both artists are influenced by listening to a mix of soul-based music from House to hip-hop to Jungle. After years of being inspired by these influences, they eventually moved into the studio where their focus was quite simply to create and play music to make people dance, with a feel-good factor always guaranteed in the vibes.
The Journey Men live DJ sets have now rocked dancefloors across the UK and Europe at legendary events like Southport Weekender Festival, Suncebeat (Croatia), Deep Into Soul (London) and Vocal Booth Weekender (Spain). As well as regional and highly reputable house nights such as Soul Fusion (B'Ham), Tempo (Manchester) and more recently escapades to Glasgow for the Basement 108 Sessions.
With releases out on Unquantize / Quantize Records, Rhemi Music, Tribe Records, No Fuss and the iconic - Large Music, The Journey Men are gaining a quality catalogue of music that is becoming increasingly synonymous with their style.
The Journey Men releases include 'Let The Record Show' with Mike City and 'Feeling Myself' with Hanlei. Feelings - Julian Sanza ft Andre Espeut (JM remix) and Traxsource Deep House Number 1, also The Journey Men ft Cleveland Jones - Stay Together.
Their music is now in the bonafide anthem category and regularly get sung back to them by a welcoming crowd when played! The duo are constantly striving to put music out which represents their sound and style and always to make people dance. As long as the music keeps playing, The Journey will continue.
When Grenadian born DJ and Producer Pat Bedeau performs a set, he brings a blazing upbeat mix of soulful house and Deep House, that reflects the many diverse influences from his rich musical background of Soul, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Funk, Reggae & Rare Grooves.
Pat is an original “House head” brought up on the M25 raves during the late eighties that included Sunrise, Energy, Back to the Future and the Raindance parties’ Now one of the modern breed of DJ/Producers, Pat has spread his sound in clubs and festivals across the UK, Amsterdam, Miami, Mumbai, Prague, Madrid, Philadelphia, Baltimore & Ibiza. Pat has played alongside stalwart DJ’s that include King Britt, Mr C, Neil Pierce, Seb Fontaine, Phil Asher, Andy Ward, Wookie, Sean McCabe, Miguel Miggs, Booker T, Deep City Soul, DJ Romain, Atjazz, Graeme Park & Grant Nelson.
Over the last ten years Pat has been continually honing his production skills with multiple original productions and remixes for global well respected labels like Quantize, Unquantize, Rhemi Music, Tribe Records, Nu Faze, Hed Kandi as well has his own imprint Bedfunk. In 2019 Pat released his first solo Album on Bedfunk, with huge support from some of his heroes and peers like Roger Sanchez, Atjazz and BBC radio . From the Mind of Pat Bedeau featuring 10 original tracks & songs that show the diversity of Pat’s sound from soulful songs to Techy bass driven vibes for the Dance floor. All keeping true his soulful sound with his unmistakable flavour.
With a busy release schedule planned for Bedfunk and tracks released on New York’s seminal label Nervous Records and Atjazz Record Company Pat is stepping up a level once again for 2021.
