Review of The Science of Magic Mushrooms with Dr. Chris Timmermann
The talk itself was brilliant & very informative. The venue was appalling although staff were friendly.
There was a flashing green light at the back of the stage shining in our eyes. Very distracting & enough to give you a headache. There was nobody on-site to isolate it & turn it off. The solution in the 2nd half of the talk was to turn the stage lights off & main lights on. This however meant that Dr Timmermann was unable to use a projector for his power point presentation in the 2nd half. There were many complaints, but Dr Timmermann proceeded admirably to finish his talk.

Review of Halloween Special: Panic At The Emo Club Night
The Panic at the Emo club night events are a dream come true for all those who appreicate the alternative music of the early 2000's. It's always so well organised and the atmosphere is incredible. The tickets are a bargain and the drink prices at the MK11 venue are really resonable. My only criticism is that I wish it went on for longer! Can't wait for the next one!!!! :D

Review of Halloween Special: Panic At The Emo Club Night
loads of great bands from the emo era weren't played, Taking Back Sunday, Yellowcard, Hawthorne Heights, etc. we counted 8 fall out boys, 9 my chemical romance. Songs were being repeated. then delving into nu metal... it wasn't cohesive at all. it could be so much better.
