drinks are way too expensive man
Poor atmosphere, poor bar system
Would you recommended: No
Amazing night out!! Shame about the rubbish drink tokens tho
As this is the first event held at Planet Ice I will let them off, they let people in 15 minutes after the concert started. The staff had not a clue as you what was going on, where to collect pre booked drink tokens and the prices of alcohol. The prices of alcohol was ridiculous considering it comes from a shop bought can! Carling is a terrible choice of beer and should be changed.
At no point did anywhere state Room 2 was just for VIP so very misleading! However this was not the Venues fault this is doen to the Event holders!
basically the sound was just rubbish
you could barely feel the bass, it sounded muffled and not even that loud
the whole thing was frustrating and annoying.
Miss Sophie Timoney
Amazing music, would have liked the stage to be lower down so we can get on a vibe with the artists. Can’t wait for the next one

Bit of a shambles. Music too quiet. Door staff didn’t know last entry times. Token bar with limited drink options. So much sick in the toilets we should have been provided with wellies. Numerous youngsters being taken out absolutely smashed. Overall wouldn’t go again. Ticket price way too high

Wasn’t bad but expected better, feel as though small improvements could’ve made a massive difference. For example, how drinks/tokens worked.
was a good night
Music wasn't loud enough but everything else was decent
Propa **tty wobbler but I hate the token system, proper rip off, weren't even pints either.

Great night great line up, sound system needs to be better not loud enough plus not enough bass at all
having been a raver for 28 years ,musically that was one of the worst raves I've been to and some 9f the mixing was dire. was expecting a lot more than I felt we received. I love Andy C but even his set fell short of the mark for me. I was celebrating my 44th birthday at Bassjam, won't be celebrating anymore at Bassjam. Who ever does the artist bookings should do better. All sounded very amateurish
Good job MK Arena , great conversion from ice rink to venue. Great music. Not sure about tokens for drinks thou.
I love drum&base but the music was not loud enough, the set wasn’t great and the atmosphere was dead.
Miss Helen Kain
Great to have a large dance event back in MK really easy to get in and well controlled queing system. Friendly staff. Enough toilets and well priced drinks. Was a great night and everyone hopes more big acts are shown there again.
Love drum and bass but playing Robbie Williams was not what I call D&B
Music was rubbish including angels from Robbie William and music by shaggy?? Very young crowd with people passing out and throwing up all over the place even being stretchered out.
Ryan De Cordova
The music was pretty average. Dimension stepped it up before Andy C smashed it as always. But I felt sorry for them because the restrictions on the sound meant we could hear each other speaking right on front of the stage? Venue was way too big for what they wanted to achieve. For this type of rave you simply cannot afford to put restrictions on the levels. No bass, no atmosphere and Andy’s double drops were wasted on this venue, waiting for a bass line that just wasn’t there. How you can have a set up with no speakers on the floor is beyond me? Such a waste of what could have potentially been a great gig. Staff were good. Security was spot on. And friendly vibe were the plus points.
Was ok, but could have been so much better... agree with other comments regarding lack of bass, and this i feel really did have a knock on effect on the overall atmosphere, that whilst not bad was also lacking...

Really bad sound set up, with it being an ice rink I think more attention should been on the actual sound quality.
Bass jam was the biggest pile of s**t rave I've ever been too! Sound system was terrible.
some speakers need to be on the floor to give it more bass thats all
It wS quite empty especially for such a big venue.
Security were a bit over the top with my son, telling him that he could be banned when he had nothing on him. This was completely unnecessary and worsened his anxiety. He was out for a night, to have a good time.
I was happy that the music wasn't too loud, as often is the case the music causes tinnitus so it was nice to not be deafened after an enjoyable night.

dead but good
