UK dance music pioneers Soul II Soul bring their catalogue of club classics in a rare live appearance that also sees New York’s Roger Sanchez DJ at the event with Hacienda DJs Peter Hook, Graeme Park, DJ Paulette and Herbie Saccani and a PA from Alison Limerick.

Mixing a live DJ set from Graeme Park to the Manchester Camerata orchestra, additional musicians, vocalists and special guests, Hacienda Classical adapts its set and soundtrack each year, revisiting the dance music classics which shaped first the original club and then then UK dance scene.

With new arrangements of defining records included in the repertoire of the tracks for the show each year, the collaboration between The Hacienda, Manchester Camerata, DJ Graeme Park and musical director, Tim Crooks has proved remarkably enduring and comes to Milton Keynes as part of The Hacienda 40th Anniversary year celebrations.

Alison Limerick, whose Frankie Knuckles and David Morales produced “Where Love Lives” became a signature record performs a live PA while rom The Hacienda’s side, Peter Hook, Graeme Park, DJ Paulette and Herbie Saccani complete the DJ line up for the Campbell Park event.
