Very expensive and not necessary as paid entrance fee and told no drinks or food so with a few grandchildren and 3 adults spent over £80 on few fair rides each and hot dog £5 each was extortion
The parking sign from Ennis road was barley visible and only stumbled upon it by chance could avenue had more clear signs and information
Fair ground staff had no personality or rapor with children
There was lots of things going on and things to do but around the stage music very loud and felt that I wasn’t able to organise maybe a leaflet or time table of events would have been benificial and think the fair ground should have been situated away from entering allowing time to get adjusted as the kids were just bamboozled and so was i by the fair at £3.50 a ride that was very expensive
Great time on artery kids enjoyed but overall other side shows were either missed in passing or struggling to avoid distraction

After paying to enter I anticipated prices for rides/games to be slightly cheaper than normal. £4 for good a duck for example is far too high after already paying an entrance fee.
Disappointing to see goldfish still being given out as prizes.

The day was amazing but I thought with the price that you pay to get in, things would be cheaper. Hook a duck was £4 a turn. Bouncy castles were £3 each and everything you had to pay for. The only things that were free were the bubble man and the motorbike and horse show. However still a good day but just remember to take extra money

Us as a family enjoyed it, they was lots to do even if u just wanted to sit n enjoy the music.
My 2 year old loved it especially the music, I was abit worried bout the toilets as daughter has been toilet trained but they were clean n tidy which was a plus for me. Will b going next year

Fantastic couple of days out and spent a lot of money, which if one thing could be improved is lowering the prices of rides, or subsidise rides or having a pass to use rides. Great atmosphere, something for everyone to do.

With the amount of money it costs for rides and food overall I don't agree with having to pay to get into the fun gala when you have to pay for absolutely everything in there

Review of Redcar Family Fun Gala 2022
Well I went to both days due to the Main stunt team being stuck elsewhere the event team allowed access to the site for free to see the Stunt team only going to Sundays event which was a bonus as I got to see two shows for the price of one !
Meatloaf and the Lady were superb even with the stage being temporarily moving to the audience area due to High winds for safety
The greatest showman acts were Amazing very talented artists
The Girls on the horses were also Amazing hanging off the saddles a full gallop touching the floor with both hands is not a easy feet but these girls made it look like a everyday thing .
Little mix were spot on great voices
The toilets had a attendant on and were clean and fresh despite being ports loos
East 17 well they sang all the Favourites and had audience participation and finished with the Xmas favourite Stay another day !
On the whole a great weekend spoilt only by the high winds which can’t be blamed on the event organisers but had it have been last weekend it would have been to hot !!!
Good parking
Bad kebabs ( cold and lettuce way past it’s best ) 😫
Great Acts Grandson got freebies off the stunt team posters stickers and a baseball cap
Cheap Bar ( Grey horse box Nags head )
Noodle bar was good too
Good selection of rides
Plenty of stalls Home made cakes savouries etc
Great ice cream truck
Fairground stalls were friendly and we won a goldfish ( bought the tank ! ) and several cuddly toys
So I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5
Will be going next year can’t wait to see who is headlining
